it is in my prerogative to hereby pass on this new decree from your most holy and gracious majesty, the grande empress. it is my duty as grande empress of this hallowed lands that a law forbidding the utterance of the most vile name of Marcus Gabrenius of saey in the presence of her most holy Majesty and on any edicts plebiscites or any form of memorials as passed to her most holy majesty. the act is considered vile and offensive to her majesty's countenance thus it is a highly prohibited act that constitutes punishment as accorded from the imperial statute of laws and penalty under the third section of the constitution. this is in lieu of the order of retraction as passed beforehand under the imperial jurisprudence her most holy majesty the De jure empress royale.

ORDER OF RETRACTION

it is by the order of her most holy empress that former velhiminkies are thereby STRIPPED of imperial privileges, rights, and executory exemptions. they are hereby dismissed from her majesty's most holy court and removed from her circle of grande advisers and privileged confidantes. they are also hereby ordered persona-non-Grata in every official imperial gatherings hosted or hereby attended by her most holy empress unless permitted by imperial orders from her majesty herself. they are also non afforded to have any benefits coming from her most holy empress from any kind and form whatsoever. such acts are hereby enacted on law and as thus shall prevail until due course amended or ratified by her most holy empress herself.
